Introduction
As Hebraic women, we are born with a divine essence that often gets buried under the weight of responsibility, expectations, and the trials of life. Yet, within each of us, there remains a sacred spark—the voice of our inner child, filled with creativity, wonder, and joy. Reconnecting with this part of ourselves is a journey of self-discovery, a return to the purity and light The Most High instilled within us. Through art, meditation, and journaling, we can awaken this inner child and step into the fullness of who we were always meant to be.
Creating as a Form of Worship
Art is more than just an outlet; it is a divine language, a way to express the soul’s deepest truths. The Most High, as the ultimate Creator, has placed within us the ability to create beauty from our hands, minds, and spirits. Whether painting, writing poetry, or crafting, engaging in creativity allows us to break free from limitations and reconnect with the innocence and freedom of our youth. Exodus 35:35 tells us,
“Them hath he filled with wisdom of heart, to work all manner of work, of the engraver, and of the cunning workman, and of the embroiderer…and of the weaver, even of them that do any work.”
Our creative gifts are not accidental; they are divine tools for healing and self-expression.

Meditation: Finding Stillness in The Most High
In the fast pace of life, moments of stillness become sacred. Meditation allows us to quiet the noise and hear The Most High’s guidance. In the Old Testament, we see Isaac going into the field to meditate (Genesis 24:63), showing that setting aside time for quiet reflection is a practice of faith. Through meditation, we gain clarity, peace, and a deeper connection to our essence. This is not about emptying ourselves but about filling our spirit with divine wisdom, aligning our hearts with the truth that we are loved, protected, and guided.
Journaling: Writing Our Way to Healing
Journaling is a powerful act of self-discovery and healing. It allows us to reflect on our journey, acknowledge our growth, and release what no longer serves us. Habakkuk 2:2 instructs, “Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” Writing down our prayers, dreams, and reflections is a sacred act of faith, bringing our thoughts into alignment with The Most High’s purpose for us. Through journaling, we give voice to our inner child, allowing her to be heard, nurtured, and healed.
Returning to Joy
Reawakening our inner child is a return to joy, a reconnection to the purity and light within us. Zechariah 8:5 speaks of “the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing,” a reminder that joy and play are gifts from The Most High. As we embrace creativity, stillness, and reflection, we step into a space of wholeness. We remember that we are not just women of strength and endurance but also of softness, wonder, and divine beauty.
Conclusion
The journey of self-discovery is not about becoming someone new but about returning to who we have always been. By embracing our inner child through art, meditation, and journaling, we honor The Most High’s design for us—women of wisdom, joy, and limitless possibility.
